You want connection.
But when it comes close, something tightens.

For many people, dating isn’t hard because they don’t care enough or aren’t trying.
It’s hard because it asks us to be open in uncertainty.
Fear, self-protection, and overthinking can shape how we show up.

Yes, I want to join

Courage to Connect is a small-group online coaching program designed to help you understand those patterns and learn how to show up with more confidence, honesty, and emotional steadiness in dating.

Not by pushing yourself.
And not by pretending to be fearless.
But by learning how to stay present, even when things feel vulnerable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this group for men or women?

There are separate groups for men and women, each with the same structure and focus. This allows for more openness, safety, and honest conversation.

Do I need to share personal details in the group?

No. Sharing is always optional.

You’re invited to participate at your own pace. Many people find that listening and reflecting is just as valuable as speaking.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, not therapy.

We focus on awareness, reflection and practical ways of showing up differently in dating. The program does not replace therapy or clinical support.

Do I need to be dating right now?

No, but you should be open to dating during or after the program.

I feel like I’m confident already. Is this still relevant?

Possibly, yes.

This program isn’t about confidence as personality or performance. It’s about how we relate to uncertainty, vulnerability, and connection, especially in dating.

What if I don’t feel comfortable in a group setting?

That’s very common.

The group is small, structured, and respectful. There’s no pressure to speak before you’re ready. In addition, the program includes one individual integration session, where you can reflect privately on anything that comes up.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Teaching portions will be recorded. Personal sharing and group discussion will not be sent out, in order to protect privacy.

What is the individual integration session?

Midway through the program, each participant will have one one-on-one coaching session with me.

This session is designed to help you reflect on what’s coming up for you personally, identify patterns, and clarify what you want to focus on in the second half of the program.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens.

While live attendance is encouraged, recorded teaching portions will be available. You’ll still be able to stay connected to the process.

I’m not sure if this is right for me. What should I do?

That’s okay.

You don’t need to be certain. Curiosity is enough. You’re welcome to watch the intro video or reach out with questions before deciding.

How do I sign up?

You can register through the link on this page. Once you sign up, you’ll receive all the payment details by email.

You don’t need to be fearless.
You just need to have the Courage to Connect.
